I really enjoyed my stay; the room was spacious, clean, and had a lovely large bed. The location was perfect for the rugby match, and the staff were friendly and professional, making our experience even better.

The breakfast experience could benefit from more vegan-friendly options.

The location was stunning - so close to public areas, the outskirts of Exeter and the city centre. Also, it was 10 min drive from Bowling Green Marsh. The roof top bar was a plus.

The whole experience was brilliant. The hotel was IDEAL and immaculately clean with marvellous views of rolling hills of Devon. Extremely helpful staff, couldn't ask for more. Thoroughly enjoyed modern style bathroom and coffee/tea making facilities, a multi-channel television and a study table in our twin room. The location was comfortable there, to near by areas. They offered us good meals, had a lot of options to choose from.

The air conditioning kept the room cool, and I enjoyed the comfortable bed adorned with high-quality linen, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. the database provided a wealth of information about local attractions, enhancing my overall experience.

The rooms here are quite comfy, and the staff was super friendly during check-in. Breakfast had its hits and misses, but the modern decor and top-floor pub with stunning views definitely make up for it. Just be wary of the noisy doors if you're a light sleeper!

Had a lovely romantic escape! The location is perfect for exploring nearby attractions, and the rooms are spacious and cozy. We enjoyed the self-service breakfast which offered a nice variety. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere felt welcoming!

We did have some hiccups. The coffee machine was down during breakfast, and removing parking fees would be a great bonus! our bathroom could've used a bit more privacy. it was a nice stay, but there’s room for improvement!

It was just a balanced option for a brief stop-in in Exeter with definitely value for money. The evening view from the rooftop was really good, made for a nice surprise.

The hotel is spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and perfect for a single traveler like me who loves city strolls.

The room was spacious, clean, and featured a large, comfortable bed and a good-sized TV. I appreciated the modern bathroom as well. Plus, the location was convenient for accessing main roads and the railway station. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and I loved the little tuck shop for late-night snacks.

Parking is a hefty £12 per day!!! Wi-Fi access shouldn't incur extra charges, it's not exactly a luxury hotel!!! Missing amenities are frustrating and cleaning could certainly use some fine-tuning. A bit more thought would go a long way!!!

The rooftop bar offered great drinks, but parking fees were overly expensive.
